Shipping and Returns
Send
We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 2:00 PM will be sent the same day. However, we are not always able to meet this deadline. Sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. An indication of the delivery time can be found on the product page. If for whatever reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The listed product prices are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are:
€2.95 for orders that fit through the letterbox
€5.95 for orders under €75.00
Free for orders over €75,-
Delivery is via the PostNL postman or parcel deliverer. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the moment of delivery.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs.
Only the costs for return are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package , for the exact rates consult the website of your carrier.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and unopened in the original condition and packaging will be returned to Benckmar. To make use of this right, you can contact us viaconsumentenservice@benckmar.nl . We will check the condition of the product and the packaging. If this meets our requirements, we will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to view the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
Swap
Do you want to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. You can contactconsumentenservice@benckmar.nl for this. Please let us know why you want to exchange the product and for which product. You will bear the costs for returning the product yourself.
Warranty
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it does sometimes happen that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty. Based on European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that comes to light within a period of two years after delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights based on Dutch law.
If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period. A reasonable period is in any case two months. Under certain circumstances, a period of longer than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in time, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement.
Complaints
It can always happen that something does not go exactly as planned. We advise you to first make complaints known to us by sending an email toconsumentenservice@benckmar.nl .
